Shipping Information
If the item you are purchasing is NOT eligible for Flat Rate Shipping, please help us help you by selecting the shipping option that best fits your delivery location.
We will pre-authorize your credit card for shipping charges based on the shipping option selected during checkout. Shipping amounts are displayed during checkout.
If there is an error in the shipping selection or if our freight carrier cannot confirm your chosen option, we will adjust the shipping method and request payment for any difference before your order ships.
Please note that freight carriers are very specific about what qualifies as a commercial location. If a loading dock is not available, additional charges may apply. To help you choose the correct shipping option, we have provided the information below.
We will always work to get you the best shipping quote possible.
Commercial Shipping
If you have access to a qualified commercial address, this is typically the most economical shipping option.
Commercial shipping applies to:
- Commercial businesses staffed during normal business hours
- Locations with unloading capabilities
- Freight terminals (call for the nearest terminal location)
The following are not considered commercial delivery locations by freight carriers:
- Residential businesses
- Farms
- Schools
- Churches
- Construction sites
- Other limited-access locations
We offer commercial shipping to:
- Freight terminals
- Commercial business addresses with a loading dock
- Locations capable of unloading items from a tractor-trailer truck using equipment such as:
- Forklifts
- Tractors with loaders
- Similar unloading equipment
Important Delivery Inspection Information
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments at the time of delivery.
Freight companies will not cover damages or missing parts unless the issue is noted with the delivery driver before signing for the shipment.
Please inspect your order for:
- Visible damage
- Missing parts
- Missing boxes or cartons
This applies to:
- Ground shipping
- LTL truck freight shipments
- Boxed or wrapped deliveries
Cab Purchases
For cab purchases, you are not responsible for concealed damage. We only ask that you:
- Inspect the container for visible damage
- Confirm that all boxes or cartons are included in the shipment
For example, if the shipment should contain three boxes, verify that all three are received.
If components are missing inside the cartons, contact us directly and we will assist you with replacement parts.

What Qualifies as a Farm Address?
We offer farm shipping to locations that have the ability to unload items from a tractor-trailer truck using equipment such as:

- Farms
- Churches
- Schools

Residential – Curbside Shipping
Residential delivery is available for homes and other non-commercial locations.

On-site shipping means the freight company will deliver the item to a designated location on your property, subject to access limitations.
Additional Handling Charges
Additional handling charges may apply if:

Please include these details in your customer comments during checkout so we can notify you of any additional charges.

Ask a Friend with a Business Address

If the business location does not have a loading dock, please ensure they are prepared for a curbside delivery. They will be responsible for unloading the shipment and moving it into the facility.
Unloading typically requires equipment such as:
- A forklift
- A tractor with a front-end loader
