OEM Product Development
Capabilities

Curtis Industries delivers fully integrated OEM product development backed by in-house engineering, testing, and manufacturing. From concept through production, our team designs and builds cab enclosures, attachments, and accessories engineered for long-term durability, performance, safety, and functionality.

All work is completed within our 163,000-square-foot U.S.-based facility, where engineering, prototyping, and production operate side by side. This structure keeps programs moving efficiently and maintains consistency as products move from design into full-scale manufacturing.

Our facility is dedicated exclusively to cab enclosures, attachments, and accessories, allowing us to stay focused on what we do best. By keeping production in house and aligned with engineering, we maintain control over quality, scale alongside OEM demand, and deliver reliable, repeatable results.

Manufacturing & Production Capabilities

Curtis operates a fully integrated manufacturing environment designed to support OEM production from fabrication through final assembly. Each process is managed in house to ensure consistency and repeatability across every stage of production.

Our fabrication capabilities are built for precision and scale, supporting complex geometries and high-volume production requirements. These include:

  • Laser cutting, press brake forming, and tube bending
  • 8,000-watt fiber laser capable of cutting up to ¾â€
  • Clean, oxide-free edges for improved powder coat adhesion
  • Reliable, repeatable part accuracy across production runs

We support a range of welding methods to meet structural and material-specific requirements across both steel and aluminum applications, including:

  • TIG, MIG, laser, and cobot welding
  • Weld fixtures used to maintain part accuracy and consistency
  • TIG welding for structural strength, especially in aluminum
  • Laser welding for strength in applications where weld size is critical

Our finishing process is designed to deliver long-term durability and consistent coverage across all components. Our facility boasts:

  • An electrostatic powder-coating line with multi-stage pretreatment
  • A Nordson ColorMax system with automated and manual application
  • A reclaim booth for efficient powder use
  • Coatings that exceed 500+ hours of salt spray testing

We process both rigid and flexible materials with precision, supporting a wide range of component types and applications. Explore our capabilities:

  • MultiCam CNC systems, including Apex3R
  • Router spindle with drag and oscillating knife blades
  • Materials include polycarbonate, acrylic, rubber, vinyl, acoustical headliner, and foam
  • Accurate, repeatable programming using MasterCam

In addition to hard components, we support soft goods and climate systems with:
