WEST BOYLSTON, MA (January 5, 2026) — Curtis Industries, LLC, a leading manufacturer of cab enclosures, attachments, and accessories for compact vehicles, is proud to announce the launch of the John Deere Gator XUV855M S4 A/C Cab, a climate control solution engineered to deliver true air conditioning and all-season protection for four-seat Gator operators.

Designed for demanding work environments, this new A/C cab provides real, factory-grade air conditioning, shielding occupants from heat, sun, rain, dust, and insects while maintaining a comfortable, climate-controlled cabin environment for both front and rear passengers.

At the heart of the system is a low-profile, all-aluminum rooftop unit that arrives fully assembled, with hoses and wiring pre-connected for a more streamlined installation. The climate system features ten multi-directional adjustable vents, ensuring consistent airflow throughout the entire cabin. Two double squirrel cage blowers move an impressive 610 CFM, while a 24,000 BTU evaporator core delivers ice-cold air capable of cooling both one- and two-row seating configurations with ease. Additional design highlights include a three-speed blower, an adjustable electronic thermostat, and a blend door system that allows operators to choose fresh air, recirculated air, or a balanced mix.

The exterior unit is built for serviceability and durability. Its removable cover enables quick access to internal components such as fuses and relays, while a generously sized air inlet grille ensures optimal airflow to the condenser fan for consistent cooling performance.

A retrofit kit with an A/C roof will also be available, which enables existing Curtis cab owners to upgrade to full air conditioning without replacing their entire enclosure.
